Reservations, service, and point of sale invoices are sent directly to Xero in real-time. Xero's "Draft" invoices allow Molo to post charges for reservations without negatively affecting AR reports. All payments are sent to Xero and with automatic bank reconciliation, you'll never lose track of your income.
Molo will track all inventory in your marina from fuel to parts to ice. Enter vendor bills into Molo to instantly update inventory and those bills will appear automatically in Xero. You have full control over bill approval and payment. Plus, Xero has powerful interactive reports, budget management, and a powerful dashboard that updates in real-time so you can keep track of your business easily.
Like Molo, Xero is based entirely in the cloud and you can access it from anywhere. This means you can easily keep track of account balances, AR, and bank reconciliation wherever you may be.
