Mobile Messaging Terms of Service for "Molo"

  • "Molo" is a mobile service that allows marina operators to manage their marinas. This description provides a brief overview of the types of messages you can expect to receive when you opt into our service:
    • You may receive notifications about invoices and requests for payments.
    • You may receive notifications about marina conditions.
    • You may receive instructions for check-in and check-out.
  • You have the right to cancel your subscription to the SMS service at any point in time. Simply text "STOP" to the provided shortcode. Upon receipt of your "STOP" message, we will send you an SMS to confirm your unsubscription. After this process, you will cease to receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to rejoin our service in the future, you can do so by signing up as you initially did, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
  • Should you encounter any problems with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" to receive additional assistance. Alternatively, you can reach out to our support team directly at (855) 605-8100.
  • Please be aware that mobile carriers are not liable for messages that are delayed or fail to be delivered.
  • As per standard practice, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and vice versa. You may receive messages at a monthly frequency. If you have queries regarding your text or data plan, we recommend that you contact your wireless provider directly for accurate information.
  • For any questions or concerns regarding your privacy and how we handle your data, please refer to our privacy policy.
